There is a major shakeup on a Midwestern campus as a tenured professor at a major Illinois university has been fired for teaching a class on BDSM.

The class called “SOC 201: Contemporary Perspectives on Human Sexuality,” came under scrutiny after students complained to the department chair about “unusual admission requirements for the class.”

Professor Timothy Leaks, was initially suspended without pay after rumors circulated that he had limited enrollment to freshmen women and provided a list with requirements for both appearance and participation in the class.

Dean Francis Farnsworth, who oversees all social sciences programs at the school said that “definitely hot and not too much of a fatty,” was in no way an “appropriate standard for enrollment in any class at the university.” She also told The Daily Flogger that forcing students to dress as “school girls, either Catholic or Japanese style,” was a breach of the Faculty Handbook guidelines.

Bethany Simmons, 18, was enrolled in the class.  “It really wasn’t that big of a deal.  I mean it was a little unusual, but I think the administration is really over-reacting.  It isn’t Professor Timmy’s fault that the class just happens to meet every week on ‘no panties Friday.’  It’s not like he has control over the calendar and time.  He’s not like some Aztec or something.  Besides he is really cute.”

Krista Beckwether, 18, felt uncomfortable in the class, but was willing to stay enrolled because she is “really into bondage and he is pretty good at it.”  The dress code was a major concern for her, “I hate wearing the uniform because I had to wear one all through high school,” she said.

One of the most vocal students was Kimber Lewinsky who became the subject of an entire class period.  “My school girl uniform was in the wash, so I put on my old cheerleader uniform.  Well, Professor Timmy thought I was being a ‘naughty cheerleader’ and proceeded to spank me for the entire 50 minute class!”

Lewinsky admitted that she “probably had it coming” but thought the deviation from the standard curriculum was inappropriate, “We were supposed to be discussing the etiology of paraphelias and Kraft Ebing.  I don’t know why he couldn’t have disciplined me during office hours like he does with all the other girls.”

Leaks was not available for comment, but did release a brief statement to the media. “We have been far too permissive in education. I was simply trying to correct that by bring traditional values back to the classroom.”
